Cannot contact EA support in regards to missing content
I am missing my Apex currency that I bought. I tried to contact Microsoft about it tonight and then they told me to go and contact you guys.
When I go on your website it looks promising because it allows me to go directly to missing Apex coins article. But when I try to start a new case and there is nothing further that the website can actually do, there's no way for me to email you guys personally. It just reloads the page and gives me a recommended article to look at which is the same article that I've already looked at 12 times over.
I love Apex, but if I'm going to have an issue with when I try to buy coins and I don't receive my order then that's going to be a problem for me. It seems like the only way that I can actually receive my original order is if I purchase coins for a second time. Then, the coins actually show up in my account. And it shouldn't be like that. I shouldn't have to spend twice the amount of money just to get my first purchase.
Is there an email address that I can directly contact? Because I've tried selecting the "EMAIL US" option and it won't bring me to anything.
