If you believe there's been a mix-up with a ban application, our Terms of Service team can take a look into the ban for you. Follow the advice in this guide to appeal the ban:
In the meantime, you might be able to complete some of the account recovery steps to resecure your EA account. Give the suggestions in the link @Midnight9746 shared a try. If you can't complete them all yet, because of the ban, that's ok. Do what you can and then make sure the security on your connected accounts are reset too.
Examples of connected accounts include the email address registered, accounts such as Steam, Amazon and Twitch, Console accounts (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, etc), mobile accounts (Apple ID, Google Play) and Social Media accounts (Facebook).
