Cross platform voice chat not working

Hi guys. 

My in game chat is not working. I cant hear my teammates (they are on pc and ps, i am on xbox). I can hear and talk xbox to xbox but other platforms i can hear them and they can’t hear me. 

it seems like its just me as some other friends on xbox and hear ps and pc players. Please assist, as i think it is the game. 

i have done all the reboots, and accessories updates and audio settings. 

please can i get some assistance.
