Do matchmaking by KDR to split normal people and possible cheaters

I agree. I have less than a total of 100 kills between all my available legends combined. But every game I'm in, I'm playing against people with kills in the multiple thousands. It makes it very difficult for me to get any better when everyone else in my lobby is either cheating or is .  

I KNOW FOR A FACT I WON'T BE MAKING ANY IN GAME PURCHASES IN A GAME THAT PUTS ME WAY OUT OF MY SKILL LEVEL.
