1-2 mins to ban someone after a report is impractical. Plus we don't want innocent people abused by jealous haters.
IMO encouraging fair play deters hackers more then any anti cheat software.
1. Ban quitters.
2. ELO matchmaking with ranked and unranked queues based on avg placement.
3. verifying cell phone numbers
4. charge money for stats.
