Let's be honest region locking would make 80% of the problem go away, but it's 2019 and that would be profiling ... It's just a cultural thing in "these regions" cos it's not just one (*cough* pls don't ban me). I'm eastern european and for the longest time torrenting was and still is to some extent "cultural". Up to like 2010, if you would actually *gasp* BUY a game people would look at you funny, like something was not quite right in your attic and go like "wait you bought that? you... know you can just... download it yeah?"
Took a few years of constant "pokeing" , evidence in hand for Pubg to region lock... it's necessary.
It's just annoying to see cheaters in every game. Wall hack, aim bot, pre-firing from a far distance and hitting every single bullet. I reported once an obvious cheater and after a few days I was still seeing him in game. What's EASY anti cheat doing? Respawn has to quickly sort this out or good players are all leaving (many have).
Requiring more verification when creating account definitely helps. And upgrade your anti-cheat system. It took like weeks to get rid of players who can run across the map in 10 seconds, what a joke. NO ONE will pay for Season 2 battle pass if this isn't solved, and that will be the end of the game.
