Guys, please try to read me before posting. All those problems are addressed in the OP.
You can't kill your team in 5s drop, on any map. And even if so, just think about 4/3/2/1 seconds. Or another limitation.
You can kill your team in the excavator laser regardless of what your team did, even if they can split.
Also, if you're worried about people dropping next to you, that won't change a thing.
On the other side, forcing the detach is OK (and another topic, probably) and I like this idea, but then this can also lead to pushing teammates into the void at the last moment.
Again, when counting the drawbacks and advantages, it all falls back to detach lock.
I was mostly trying to add a solution to the increasing savagery and stupidity of BR games, since season 1, it has become a nightmare to get a team who at least tries to play the game. I'm personnaly below 50%. Needless to say, after 4000 hours of playing and over 1000 € invested into the game, if I ever have a reason to stop playing (which is likely to happen in the next months), it will be this one.
When I start a game I expect other teammates to play it too. But since AL is F2P, a vast majority of players don't care. The triumph of free anonimity has rotten the fun of this game little by little.
