It is definitely the weakest legendary equipment.
How about a 25% shield recharge for a kill / knock down?
Increase reload by 100% means if it takes 3s without, then with gold armor it would take 6s to reload, i think you meant decrease reload by 50%. But thats total crap OP even more than backpack. Personally they should just reduce backpack bonus from 50% to 25% to keep it subtle like rest of the bonuses and not straight OP crap that wins you game.
