hacked and banned
My Apex account was suddenly shown as banned while I was playing with my classmates on the evening of August 10, 2025. Later, I checked and found that it was due to an unauthorized(at odesa, an area even i not know) login to my EA account from a different location, as the account had been hacked. I changed the account password yesterday, but the hacker still logged in this morning. They even modified my linked email and phone number, which has prevented me from changing them to my other email addresses. I submitted an appeal to the human customer service team the day before yesterday, but I haven't received a response yet. I'm hoping to find a solution to this issue.
slpk2077 Sadly, banned accounts cannot be handled on the forums as that can only be handled by the EA TOS Team.
