I was banned for running into a bunch of bots in control mode

Hey, I went into control and all the players were bots except me and I respawn-killed them all over.
I did about 6,000 damage and I was banned.
I sent 20 email and received a reply saying that I had done a complete investigation and it was the appropriate action.
Please don't lie to me and say you did a complete investigation.
You can't ban a bot, so why am I banned for playing around with a bot that was overrun?
We all know EA is incompetent, but I didn't think they were this stupid.
Devs.

    As far I'm aware, there isn't a ban reason for "botting" so I don't think it's possible for you to know for sure that this was the cause for your ban.

    If they've decided that this was the right decision after multiple independent investigations then there's nothing more you can do as far I'm aware.

    @xinxushoudou Bans can't be helped with on the fourms, you have to go to help.ea and open a case. If they don't want to unban you, there isn't anything you can do at that point.

    @xinxushoudou Most of the teammates I get, (the ones who play legit these days, that is), play like bots. So, you most likely killed a bunch of new or low skilled players, and they thought you were aimbotting or wall hacking, or something. Which is interesting, because I've been reporting actual aimbotters, people who were clearly wall hacking, and they're still playing, even months later.

    I see what you mean, I already tried creating a case and my appeal is no longer being accepted.

    I know someone who is in the same situation as me and got unblocked. On the day I was banned, I only played a few control modes, and there was a round of lack of players, and I killed a lot of situations.

    You have been told multiple times how to appeal a ban, nothing more can be done for you here.

    There is no need to create further duplicate threads.
