I had this same issue until I started leaving games where I knew my 'teammates' would be dead weight. Didn't ping their jump location? Leave, doesn't ping important gear in the early stages of the game? Leave, takes off in random directions without telling you? Leave. To some that might sound bad but trust me, it's a thousand times better than watching your team run into fights while you're there with 10hp and no med packs in sight and you later find them casually healing up minor scratches even though you're a slap away from death, it happens a lot with randoms unfortunately
