Increase Hemlok Burst AR Fire Rate

I love using the Hemlok Burst AR for mid-range fights because of its high burst damage and accuracy. However, I feel that its burst fire rate is a bit too slow, especially in close-to-mid range encounters where faster follow-up shots could make a big difference.

I would like to suggest a slight increase to the Hemlok’s burst speed, maybe around 10–15% faster, to make it more competitive with other weapons like the R‑301 and Volt SMG. This change could improve weapon diversity and make the Hemlok a more viable choice in various combat situations.
