Increase max controller sensitivity to be similar to a mouse

@JOTUNFALK I feel like if a controller had the same sensitivity as a mouse it would be uncontrollable due to the fact that a mouse and keyboard has full range of motion while a controller is restricted to the little area around the analog sticks and it may make it too sensitive to have reliable aim
