I think that Octane is fine. If an Octane is really trying to get out of there, he is going to consistently stim. That will drain his health and then you only have the shields to worry about.
@adhme2008 Ain't a single octane in the community that stims to leave a fight when he gets a launch pad back in like 20 seconds (being hyperbolic but only slightly). The stim serves it's purpose so it's fine, but the launch pad just ruins any fight with octane. Maybe pre octane buff when his launch pad only had one jump it would seem better, but that double jump after a stim leaves you with no chance of catching him.
@AIM2KILL978 I'm not an Octane main so anyone can feel free to correct me here. Isn't Octane's main thing his ability to get into/out of any area/situation quickly? I'd be concerned if anyone could easily catch up to an escaping Octane.
I see no issue with him being able to escape.
