Kraber bad legendary

It's not underpowered but I am curious why they never put the digital scope on it. I feel all legendaries should have a digital scope.

@Lord_Scorpion34 Probably because a digi threat one shot kraber that kills blue on body and everything on head would be massively overpowered.
