Hi, thank you for taking your time to read my concept 😄
Ghost's Tactical will reduce it's Jumping, Jumping down
Running, and Walking but it doesn't mean it's completely silent just reduced, much less noise than not Camouflage and the Tactical will wear off if Ghost receives damage.(Camouflage is not completely invisible).
My main goal for Ghost is to be a legend that, well...
A Ghost, Can't see (can see, but hard to spot) and quiet like a Ghost.
