Mastiff
Rework this broken gun. Imagine being a horizon up on his q and still being beamed by a mastiff for 70 damage 10 meters away while up in my ability. Seems balanced yea??

@E9ine_ACHorizon is a she, and her lift (I'm pretty sure) is more than 10 meters high, but yeah. IMO The mastiff should still be a care package weapon. Peacekeeper is strong and was the meta, but an easy fix would be lowering damage or removing the choke. Instead they put a more wide-spread gun as floor loot.
@Midnight9746 I refer as him as in me a man. They was 10 meters away not counting my air height. Still beamed me for 70.
