Matchmaking and Skill Based Matchmaking

With the release of Season 17, Apex Legends seems to have gotten a rather large overhaul when it comes to the ranked playlist. However, a lot more needs to change before Apex Legends becomes successful.

In the brief amount of time I played this morning I was continuously playing against people with 20,000+ kills when I barely have 200. Tried playing the new ranked system and even though I was in bronze I still got put in a game with TWO predators. The game is unplayable for casual gamers and will continue to fail until EA makes the changes necessary to make this game enjoyable for everyone.

    No? Why would I watch the news? It's just state propaganda in the end of the day.

    @Midnight9746, this happens to me I would guess 9 out of 10 matches after 11pm ET. Best time that I found is 3-5pm week days ET for people to get serious about team work.

    @Stevoyd, I know the difference between news and state ran propaganda. 🙂

    At Silver 2, matched against a full stack of master players who 360 no scoped us in less than one tenth of a second. The game is aware of that disparity, but I still lose the same number of points, even if someone 45 ranks higher was responsible. I'm not sure how the team is consistently making ranked worse with each change implemented.
