My all game progress disappeared

Hello, I have been playing Apex for a long time. Around 2022, I stopped playing it. Today, I logged into my Apex account again and found that I had reached level 1. All my game content had disappeared. Could you please help me restore my previous progress? This is very important to me. My game platform is Steam.
