Nerf the havoc and devotion

Please Nerf the damage on these two guns it's stupidly ridiculous how they can eat your health in seconds no other gun can out gun them regardless of attachments. Now before I get those ones who say ...

@MonstareIIa So you come to a thread that hasn't been posted into for 3 months by now, only to write THIS?

I mean jokes aside, I do sometimes wonder how people find a thread like this (By complete random) and then think it must be up-to-date and recently posted.
