No indicator for frag grenades?

Been dying a lot to frag grenades recently and I can't tell if I am not being warned about them. Has anyone else experienced the same problem? Acrstars and thermites are fine and everything seems fin...

@PawzzZzzzz I havent it could be a bug but it could also be that sometimes the grenade marker is kinda hard to see sometimes if its in the right place.
