So I've been killed, my beacon was not recovered , no respawn chance for me so I left.
I was very suprised to see I didn't received any Xp! And it wasn't beginning of the match, it was around 10 minutes into it.
I don't think it should work like it. If you're completely dead why waste your time and wait for Your team to end game to get XP? Player should be able to leave and get XP for time he survived, kills he get etc.
For the past 2 hours and 18 minutes i havent received any xp from games im playing. It has however registered kills.
It also says my last game was 2 hours and 18 minutes ago. Ive played a few games since then.
I keep getting kills in game however the score board at the end never registers them. I down them and I finish them too, I dont get the xp points either.

I was playing a match with my team mates and I did not get any rewards from the match while they did. I have record the part where we won and got server disconnected.
Not a bug. This one was confirmed as intended.
I hope they will reconsider.
By leaving the match the player is already refusing potential XP for winning, were his team to win the game anyway. Nobody should be forced to wait for up to 20 minutes not playing only to get the few XP they should.

I completely agree with you @Marcu3s . I hope that they consider respawn timeout as a green flag to leave the game and not a moment sooner.

Whenever I leave the match while playing in a random squad I don't receive any xp after leaving the match. I can get up to eight kills and i dont receive the xp after leaving the match to return to the lobby.
Community ManagerIf you leave the game early before your whole squad is eliminated you will not earn XP. That is working as intended. There is also another discussion on this in the official subreddit if you want to leave feedback in both forums.
