@CrazyPlays54 Nobody is choosing lifeline because of her drone except noobs. It had a niche with trap characters in season 2, but that meta is gone. Stim is better then double time in my opinion due to the fact that you can abuse it heavily by bhopping, removing the slowing effect that water and having your gun out usually have, and making him insanely hard to track when firing on him. The downside is you have to be able to bhop to use your character's tactical effectively, which is unfair to Octane players as it requires a higher skill ceiling than most other tacticals to use effectively. Without bhopping it is trash. I agree that his ult is total garbage, with its only silver lining being that you can destroy it. I constantly destroy octanes using the pad, as they are easily trackable, relatively slow moving targets while in the air. His stim should stack with his pad, and he should get more horizontal speed and vertical lift (if he presses the jump button while on the pad, which is how it is already), as well as no landing lag or heavily reduced landing lag when stimmed. This way octane can utilize pads and my theoretical reduced landing lag buff to be the hyper aggressive point character he was always intended to be.
