I have had a lot of fights in the last few days that I won because I get off a pheonix while running away

It’s not really op tho, it’s just walking speed. 
If your enemies can’t hit a walking target, that’s on them.

    @Sir_Named I tested it myself and I found it is not just walking speed but a running speed. (Try it in firing range, it is as fast as you use the ability to run)

    I think the dev had considered the slow of using medkits is a slowing effect that the ability can remove it.

    Yea we can train to shoot more accurately to those running targets, but I don't think this is what the dev wanted to be (I think this is a bug).

      @Xx__Miku831__xX It could very well be running speed, but your opponents shouldn’t have that much harder of a time shooting a running speed target that glows.
      I kind of like this as a feature, although I understand wanting it to be removed.

        Its a bug and 100% unintentional. He is healing at 100% speed, like he is running with his stim with weapon - 366 movement speed. Just check it out in the Firing range.

        His whole movement speed buff should be removed. 
        He should run at 30% speed, and change something else about him. His ultimate change was okay tho.
