Octane's Q Too Fast When Healing

Octane's Q allows for insane speed while taking sheilds/heals. If you use any sheild batteries, heals, or ult accelerant, immediately followed by Octane's Q, Octane can run as fast as his Q allows but still allows you to fully heal. This means not only can run from combat while healing, but will also be full health by the time the Q fades.

This wasn't mentioned in the patch notes, so I'm assuming it's unintentional and not discovered yet. Could be an OP mechanic.

    it't not intended and is absolutely OP

    I have had a lot of fights in the last few days that I won because I get off a pheonix while running away

    @BrBeeb it's not a bug, it was a buff, and it's in the patch, note these improvements, it also works with the Wattson fence, Supreme of Crypto, Supreme of Gibraltar, Supreme of Bangalore, nothing slows him down anymore, and this ability only works when he stays slow.

    It’s not really op tho, it’s just walking speed. 
    If your enemies can’t hit a walking target, that’s on them.

    @Sir_Named I tested it myself and I found it is not just walking speed but a running speed. (Try it in firing range, it is as fast as you use the ability to run)

    I think the dev had considered the slow of using medkits is a slowing effect that the ability can remove it.

    Yea we can train to shoot more accurately to those running targets, but I don't think this is what the dev wanted to be (I think this is a bug).

    @Xx__Miku831__xX It could very well be running speed, but your opponents shouldn’t have that much harder of a time shooting a running speed target that glows.
    I kind of like this as a feature, although I understand wanting it to be removed.

    Its a bug and 100% unintentional. He is healing at 100% speed, like he is running with his stim with weapon - 366 movement speed. Just check it out in the Firing range.

    His whole movement speed buff should be removed. 
    He should run at 30% speed, and change something else about him. His ultimate change was okay tho.

    @LordloshBang 366 is a bit less than actual running.
    Running with Stim is 420, and old running was like 380, give or take 10 units.

    @LordloshBang @Sir_Named it's not a bug, see the patch notes, it's BUFF that he received, and he not only heals himself running, but also recharges his weapon running, if he falls on the Wattson fence and activates the stin, he runs too, all according to patch notes.

    @ADM-REIxSUPREMOYeah, I did see that, but it’s unclear whether healing is one of the slowing factors that the Stim should remove.

    Edit:

    For example, crouching slows you down. If you use the Stim while crouching, should it remove the slow? Probably not. (I don’t think it does, either.)
