Please bring back Drop zones in ranked

But here's the thing. If you didn't have the right amount of time to loot before or couldn't always find a fight if you wanted one... then that's on YOU. Or possibly on your jump master. It was more than possible to expertly control your pace-of-play-and-engagement, and your looting time, in the old jump master system. Just because you chose not to learn the skill, or were willing to give your experience over to a bad jump master, does not make the old (and now returned) system any less competitive than preset drops. It's just returning to a system that demands that the player think about these things because, in fact, there IS more to a battle royale game than just mechanical skill. If you don't like the pacing of the jump master system then take responsibility and change it for yourself instead of demanding that the developer do it for you. Yes, that means you can't solo queue. It could be argued that anyone who solo queues in a ranked mode is already not taking the match as seriously as they could or should. Get a stack. Make sure your jump master is not dropping into the most contested place on the map. And then stop complaining that 15 squads are out before the first ring. The game type doesn't exist to guarantee a fixed number of engagements-per-minute. That would be team deathmatch. Which SHOULD be ranked, but isn't. So I get why that's not an alternative. But let's be honest and acknowledge that the deathmatch experience is exactly what drop zones are trying to turn this game into.

Be a better JM. Don't pass JM. Ignore your teammates free will. Find a stack or deal with the pitfalls of solo queuing. Always stack or don't play. You should've did this or you should've did that. Blah. Blah. Blah.

I agree with w/ 100% but unfortunately I doubt anything will happens about the Free Dropship BS. Too many people that are unable to climb by being better than others. So they want the lobby to die out on its own. That way they get easy RP. TBH I just stopped playing. If the people that missed POI drops all do that, there wouldnt be a ranked mode left for the rats that like Free Drops to play and maybe EA will see that. But like not spending money on the game...it will never happen.
