R-99, Wingman, Peacekeeper need nerfs. Same since S1.

R-99: not nearly enough spread when fired full-auto. Should never be a laser beam, especially at range, unless fired in very short bursts.

Wingman: same issue it's had since release. Too much raw damage. It has fast ADS movement speed, only 'needs' 2 attachments, quick to reload, has the 'heavy ammo' benefit - it does not need to be doing that much up-front damage. There's a reason nobody picks up sniper rifles, they can just use the Wingman to poke at range instead and then use it again up close. Every player abuses the wingman to no end and has been since season 1. It's an easy-mode weapon for anybody that uses it. It's high time to stop dancing around the raw damage aspect and nerf that directly, as you have with so many other guns.

Peacekeeper: exact same problem as Wingman. It should never be able to one-shot unshielded players without the pellet spread being focused on the head, let alone one-shot players *with* shields if it does hit the head. Nerfing the magazine size or reload speed or firing rate or spread will not fix that problem. The problem is the raw damage. Lower it.

One should bear in mind the ridiculously quick movement this game has compared to other BRs. Having the 'close-range' weapons be so powerful, even at range, combined with that movement makes any other kind of weapon mostly irrelevant.

@flakeeey0304 Well, to be fair, we also have aim assist. Not saying you’re wrong, but there are measures in place to help console players.
Also, if they balance weapons differently on different platforms, it probably would take away from whatever work might be done on cross-play.
  • I got knocked down with a single shot once on death recap I received 107 damage, no rifle should hit a 107 damage even with a headshot

@spongebob1888 What gun? If it was a sniper, that’d make sense.(With headshot, of course.) If it’s a sniper, it does make sense that it can deal 107 damage on a headshot. Because it is a high-powered, long range gun.
    Also, what range is this?
I don’t think any of the assault rifles can do 107 damage in one shot.
Also, if it was the kraber, that would make sense as the kraber is a super hard hitting sniper.
  • It was a g7 scout I'm replying to someone who said it's not op it's just a rifle

@spongebob1888Yeah, the g7 can’t do 107 in a single shot. Even with headshot, the damage should be around 60, not 107. Maybe you read it wrong? I think the death recap shows the total damage someone did to you as well as each individual hit/period of time when they were shooting at you.

Also, I think you were replying to me.

I think it might have been a headshot with a longbow, which does around 107 dmg.
