But if they banned you, they detect something wrong. It has nothing to do with Battle pass or whatever.
You either run some kind of macro/scripts or the system detect that you use or used a hack.
Could razer cortex cause this issue?
Awesome so if they give me my account back I can't play on my laptop and pc on the same account. And the only way to play on both is to make 2 accounts and that's against their tos. So what would you suggest.

Its not from Razer software for sure. I`m running it and have zero issue.
I doubt that hey will ban your acc, just because you used it on different machine, doesn`t matter if its laptop or PC.
What does matter is, if you have been using cheats. macros or whatever on your Lapton, then that maybe the reason for the ban.
I just state the option. There is just no way to ban you without a reason. Wait for their e-mail and said what happen.
