I agree that a slow heal tick when out of combat wouldnt be too OP but just make things smoother but the amount of heal/s is ofc a thing you have to balance for ranked. Its just unfun to pop heals when you are out of combat and it slows down the gameplay and it wouldnt be too OP either if the timer until you are "out of combat" is long enough
