100% devotion is OP for floor loot, it is now every end game fight if you dont have devotion, other team will and you will lose. and if you have it and other team doesn't they lose. Its too big of a deciding factor especially with the volt now meaning there is tons of energy ammo available so its not like you can bait out the ammo.
