- @Elamami3440 No I swear to god why would o do that if I spent hundreds of dollars on it?? I’m not even that good I’ve been playing since the game came out on ps4 then I played it on PC since end of season three

I understand to keep it fair and I don’t think hacking should be allowed but they allowed my account to be hacked or something I think this was someone else if there was any cheating otherwise a huge misunderstanding

From what I can read it sounds like you are banned and think this was a false positive.
Unfortunately, we cannot assist with Account bans on Answer HQ.
Your account status is between you and the EA Terms of Service Team.
If you feel like this ban was applied incorrectly to your account, you best reach out to them by emailing them.
They will review your case and lift the ban if it turns out this was a false positive.

@Elamami3440 It's ok, we just don't use/ask for email addresses here. The forums aren't really the place to discuss individual bans, and that discussion is between an affected person and out relevant teams.
As linked in Zeel's post, banned accounts should use the appeals process already in place. I just added an extra step that can sometimes help.
