Why I contacted your online customer service but no one has responded to me. I have not received any contact

    Response from Customer Service can take up to 72 hours, I'd recommend waiting this period out as Customer Support can be quite busy, especially at the start of the new season.

    Hey @TCG_XIKE,

    In this case I'm showing replies were sent to each of your past cases, so if you hadn't seen those come through your inbox, it may be worth checking any junk, trash, or spam filters to see if those may have caught the replies. 

    You should also be able to check your case history here to view previous responses or resume a case if you need to continue the discussion.

    If you're not finding that or are still running into trouble, please feel free to create a new case and our support team will reach back out. You can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead if either of those are options for you.

  • No. There are four closed files. New files cannot be established. And I didn't find any emails in the spam.

  • Why is there a problem with my account. When I need to buy a pass, -9999 can only enter the club. When the pass is finally available for purchase on the last day, it does not give me the gold coins I purchased! Made me miss last season! However, it has been 3 days since the apex gold coins I purchased have not arrived! Why?

  • And I can't restore my case. Creating the file after hitting the restore button doesn't do anything

  • I wait here for more than 2 hours every day and no one responds to me

    Hey @TCG_XIKE, you'll definitely want to check any browser ad or pop-up blockers to make sure they're not preventing the chat window from appearing for you.

    Aside from that you may need to try clearing the cache and cookies in your browser or creating a new case from a new browser or network connection if those issues creating a case continue.

    You'll need to speak with support for that, as we cannot make any account or transaction changes on the forums.
  • I've tried my best to get in touch! But for 4 days my account has not changed and reply to my messages

  • I've tried changing browsers and let my friend use his computer to contact you. But there's no reply to a message. Otherwise, the community won't be found
