Re: Progression not registering

My progress still isn’t tracking and have just come off as I don’t want it to not count?

    Hey, there's definitely a bug with the post-match screen tracking, it's giving all sorts of misleading info>

    However, if you're willing to try one more game, can you grab a screenshot of your Weekly challenge page - with the XP/Stars grind bar - before and after a match, to help determine whether the progression is indeed being hampered.

    New observations: the only time I level up is from a 1bp challenge which means it's going to be another week before I can reach level 13. When completing those challenges the level changed. Now that they are done... nothing happens.

    Some people have reported restarting their system works, others just the game; I just hope it gets fixed relatively sharpish because i'm sure it's easy to see how constantly needing to do those things can wear on a person

    Hi again, we've taken a closer look at this, and the short version is that progress is tracking correctly, but the Match Summary page is very misleading. 

    If you check your See All Challenges page it should show your progress accurately. 

    Remember that with each level you grind for, the next one will require another 9k XP, so it can take quite a while for your next level if you've got a few under your belt this week.

    Hi again,

    After playing all day I have accumulated or should have accumulated more than 27000 xp. I am stationary at level 10. The player I was playing with all day is level 37 and had no issues however he purchased the 25 level pass.

    Not only is the after match page misleading but it slowly decreased my points after each game, I took a screen shot after every game for my last 10 or so games. At times the bar maxed at 18000xp and then changed to 27000xp. Let me know if you would like me to label them 1,2,3,4 etc...

    If only it could be that easy for me as well... 

    Restarting console as well as game does absolutely nothing. 

    It's getting old not progressing after winning games 😑

    At least ranked seems to be registering correctly after a win.

    Ranked level is still displayed inconsistently.

    Last season I finished diamond 4.

    I was correctly awarded the trails & such, and relegated to gold 2.

    However the rank displayed above my legend in the lobby screen is bugged; it shows as bronze 2 to both me, and other players.

    Simultaneously the rank symbol and RP value above the 'ready' button correctly show my rank as gold 2.

    I have a screenshot of it somewhere.....
