I can see both sides on this one

As a player and a consumer of course i agree with you. Being good and winning should be rewarded and we deserve something more than xp upon becoming the apex champion because its not easy

On the other side, it is a free game and they would make less money if some people just craft all the skins and stuff that they want in the game or get apex packs on wins. Now of course only winners get the prize so there is a bottleneck but still i could see it potentially affecting their profits

Overall because im a player and obviously not making money from the game, yes i would add extra rewards after winning a match
