@Unpaid_Jesus In my opinion there aren't too many legends. While some may need revisions and love, there isn't too many.
You could potentially cycle legends, but rather with who are available to new players. The pick rates are somewhat skewed du to starters.
MM has a rather poor pick rate, it is true. I like her, but I would like 2 tacticals and a more damaging wrecking ball that actually broke things like Gibbys dome, Rampart's walls and Newcastle's little camper spot. This way you wouldn't be able to hide as much when facing her.
