Absolutely not to all of it except the voice stuff cause who cares what he says during the game. He already moves faster crouched and now you ask for him to be spiderman. HE needs his tactical cool down nerfed or the time that the enemy is debuffed nerfed. He shoots that crap like its an automatic weapon.
I see that you are on every single Revenant thread hating on him, so I'm going to guess that you had one horrible experience and are raging. Revenant is not a hard legend to play against at all and he needs buffs. He has the 2nd lowest pick rate man.
