In the champion select screen, Seer needs the volume of his voice increased. It might be technically the same volume level as other legends, but because his voice has so much bass and so little treble to it, it is hard to be intelligible to the human ear.
@desuforeverlulzI agree about Seer’s Voice, even while in game sometimes it is so deep its hard to understand at times
Its weird Seer is so tall and skinny yet has a super deep voice
At least in game I can understand it better because of the captions.
And also I agree about his physical size/voice being off. That threw me for a loop the first time I heard it!
