@VeIottaIt’s not. It’s 20 v. 10 at the end, or whatever the numbers are: just like in a zombie movie the humans are outnumbered by the undead: it’s supposed to be easier to win as a shadow and harder as a legend BECAUSE MATH.
I just hope that Respawn doesn't read this * forum because it would make them hate their "customers". * cry babies. If you don't cry that you have to pay for cosmetics for this otherwise 100% free game, you cry because it's too hard because it won't let you win all the time. Geez.
And btw, to answer the topic: I've only played this mode 3 times and won as legend 2 of those and lost the third because I missed the evacuation I.e my fault. The only reason why legends doesn't win every single time is because it's hard to cooperate with 9 strangers. You lose because top 10 tries to camp the evacuation zone too early and gets picked off one by one. A 20 shadows vs 10 legends will always favor the legends
Did the Legends get a buff or Shadows a nerf yesterday? I kept having to hit Legends 3 times as a Shadow to kill them. Kept downing them instead of outright killing them, and they weren't wearing gold armor.
Also noticed that if you are a Shadow and you get killed after the Legends are down to 10, it won't let you respawn, so a lot of players probably leave at that point instead of watching the next few minutes instead of playing. Last night we finished with 19 total players in one match, but the numbers significantly dropped off after the Final 10.
I've only escaped once so far, which seems about right.
EDIT: I just realized this is wrong. If you are a Legend and get killed during the Final 10 evac period, you can't respawn, but as a Shadow, you keep respawning until the Evac Ship flies away. So, I think the original complaint about people quitting because they don't want to play as Shadows is looking 100% correct now.
