Simple Question: "Why no Solo-Mode?"

This is something I will never understand either. They add a "no-fill" option that literally contradicts every arguement against solos and the kicker is is that its been broken for so long you can't get teamates even if you want them. I haven't been able to solo que duos and get a teammate since the caustic event. This is my only major gripe with respawn is that they won't give us this option.
