skydive emote controls?

On controller, to use a skydive emote you have to hold your emote button and then select with the left stick, but the left stick still messes up your flying while youre selecting an emote. i swear it used to let you select an emote with your right stick, and that would allow you to keep your flying direction and speed and still pick an individual emote. any chance we could get this swap?
