Suggestion: "Team Player" Rating

Would definitely be nice to have something like this but as others have mentioned it's a easily abused feature, though a counter to this could be to only add good aspects to choose from similar to how Overwatch does it I think (Haven't actually played it so not sure). This way anyone salty that they overextend and died but you didn't rush to their aid won't be able to down vote you even though you didn't deserve it. Also I shouldn't be available in pre-made teams because of the obvious point farming that would go on.
