i did not even recieve an email
same... ive got banned for no reason. im not cheating or anything apex just banned me.. i have tons of legendary and wraith heirloom. i spent so much money on apex and they just banned me. i will not recomend this game to all of my friend

Sorry to hear that you got banned.
False bans can happen but are rare. Have you already tried to appeal the ban by sending an e-mail to the Terms of Service team?

Im not able to contact support. They stated and i quote "We no longer monitor this email" after I gave some criticism.
why is it taking them so long to respond i didnt cheat i play on geforce now so idk why i was banned
