The client's game account has been banned: Banned

please explain why I was banned? Yesterday I played and everything was fine, I never used cheats at all, I'm already in the third season, what’s wrong? or is it some kind of mistake? What did I break...

@bangalore-hole Hade the same thing logged in and went to fire range and training when i was done i went in to ranked and got banned for nothing lost my heirloom to wraith and all my skins all that time i spent didn't even hack or done anything wrong on it just banned for nothing
