what are you system specs? what resolution you playing at? Have you put graphics options to the lowest settings?
I've always had a general rule of thumb for this industry, that the recommended specs are closer to the actual minimum specs lol.The game def is optimized for graphics cards, my old 660ti can max the game out. I recommend upgrading your ram to faster and higher amount that could be the bottle neck because my ram is 16gb and game runs great. If you have a old i3 that could be the problem too not all i3s are the same. Maybe they can optimize the game more and will soon but I would invest 90 bucks in good ram just not to have this problem and have all games run better. Ram is easy to install and transfer to a new rig in the future would be the way to go if you dont wanna wait.

ram won't do anything for his fps.
He needs to upgrade his cpu mainly. And you can max the game out with a 660ti? lol geforce experience defaults my 1070 to the lowest settings. and i have an i7 7700k.
I have to lower the resolution to get the same fps I get on other games at high settings. like bfv.

Still if he as the min of 6gb of ram thats pretty low for 2019 games. And yep I max it out in game settings unless the geforce experience is nerfing the game without me knowing im unable to see any quality difference from videos. I keep shadows on low just because I don't want them anyway.
