The game thinks Im Diamond when Im in the lobby but Gold when Im in game (bug)

So first of all; this is not another "I cheated by using dashbord/alt+f4 and didnt get my award"-post=)

Last season I got two accounts to Diamond (2 and 4). I got the correct dive trail and everything on both accounts but my problem is that the game still see me as Diamond in the lobby on both accounts. This means that I cant play with gold players (which should be my correct rank after the soft reset) and Im matched with other Diamonds, which currently almost 100% consist of last season Predators. But the strange thing is that when I get into a game, the game see me as gold II both when it comes to RP entry cost and rank progression. So if I win, I will  gain progress towards Gold 1 even though the game lobby still thinks Im Diamond.

Does anyone know how to fix this bug?

    @Balladalidila Hey, this should go away after playing a ranked match, but I've seen some reports of it persisting.

    Can I check if you've played a ranked match where you've come out with a net RP gain yet?

    I have played like 2-3 games on both my accounts and the bug is still there. After the game, the RP progression behaves exactly like Im in Gold 2. I havent got a net gain however since there are currently so many Predators in Diamond right now so early after the reset (I got smashed every game hehe). I can try to play safely just go get a positive gain next time I play and see what happens.

    Ps. 

    After I posted the note, I remembered I had another account that I havent played on since ranked S2 so I logged on to that one and guess what, that account was also bugged. Seems kinda unlikely that all my three accounts have the same bug so it almost that I suspect it something client sided?

    It sounds like that may be the case, but I'm not sure if that Ranked info is stored locally. We can check for that though. 

    If you go to C:\users\*yourusername*\Saved Games\Respawn\Apex\ and make a backup of the content there to a different location like your desktop. Then you can delete the folders there, and start up the game, and see if anything changes with the rank. 

    If this is ineffective or breaks something, you can restore the files from backup.
