Sadly, not everyone who uses a tool that has the potential to be used fraudulently is a good person and morally upholding.
To regulate people like them, the rules should make it impossible for them to use such tools.
The undermining of a minority for the sake of the majority is certainly not acceptable, but in your case, it is just your selfishness, no different from the radical "vegans" and "feminists" who have become a worldwide problem, trying to push their views by destroying cities and disturbing the majority. It's no different than the radical "vegans" and "feminists" who are trying to push their views on the world's major problems by destroying cities and inconveniencing the majority.
