@Cakito7 F dude, they ban people for hate speech, but cheaters are still there cheating and being top preds.

@E9ine_AC Then the simple solution is NOT to ban him... but to mute him in the game forever. He can still ping communicate and do a voice chat with friends.

@E9ine_AC We are millions and millions playing this game, there is very different temperaments in human nature playing a game that you put money into should be a right just like when you buy a software it is your right to use it. If game chat is the problem then EA can mute them to others.

@E9ine_AC whatever, muting the guy still solves the problem, so no need to ban. EA makes money with more players, stop banning these mute them and ban cheaters

@Cakito7 As mention aboved you may dispute and appeal the ban. They have been cracking down very hard on hate speech. That word falls into that category. The outcome everytime is not good as for some it can be a flat ban to some who get suspended. I am sure they looked at their side of things to determine if a ban was needed. Most likely multiple reports of it. Why i tell people no matter whats said to them just ignore them. If with randoms at times i just auto mute them so i dont even got to hear them.

Are you sure it’s a permanent ban? If so there could be more to it such as repeated offences.

@CarbonCarl It definitely is a Perma Ban cause i cant even log in to play any other games on my account
This is what they wrote in the E-Mail:
"Since the previous suspension has not led to a change in your behaviour, we have banned your account, effective immediately. We have removed your payment method from your account, so you will see no further charges from us. "

It looks like you have been suspended previously so a second offence has caused the perma ban. I’m not sure what else you can do beyond this point, the ToS team are the only ones who make the decisions I’m afraid.

@Cakito7 Should not have fed into it. I personally do not consider that word hate speech in any way shape or form in this universe or any other.

But in this society any word can be twisted and called hate speech now.

I would guess every human on earth either has a family member somewhere, or a friend that has a deficiency. So I believe calling it hate speech is well over the line.

It's offensive to some humans, not all...not even close.

Just another reason why you always should just insta-mute your squad whenever you play with randoms, especially if you are prone to rage and anger when playing. Lets be honest here; most things can and should be communicated with pings when playing with randoms. People might think that verbal communication is superior but thats only true when playing with premades.

@Balladalidila I absolutely agree with you but i play ranked solo alot and i cant just mute them especially when in diamond or above ranks cuz i need the coms and i don't consider myself toxic at all, sometimes everybody is going talk * back at least once but that they just straight ban you forever, a such valuable account for one word only, i didn't know.

@Cakito7 That is stupid. If you made it to 3500 hours before being banned that means you are NOT really toxic. Permanent bans should only be for new accounts. Problem solved.
