First, not sure if this qualifies as "naming and shaming" but...
Second, unless I'm mistaken that was an Axle you were chasing so speed and motion is kinda their thing.
Third, PC player with a 20 bomb... maybe an actual cheater??? Maybe not, but also: maybe.
Fourth, not sure what server you were playing on but I've heard that Asian servers are pretty much the wild wild west of cheating, so that's making the third thing look a lot more likely.
Fifth, not sure how long you've been playing this game, but if not long then let this experience be your introduction to "stop being surprised by anything that happens in Apex Legends."
