What is the biggest issue with Apex Legends right now?

The Biggest Issue is people not having patience and leaving matches before they can be respawned or before a squad dies, rage quitting etc, then they get a penalty and cry on the forums and say how the games trash and that they quit the game for good blah blah and they just continue leaving and adding onto their penaltys and never learn a lesson from it and just keep getting angrier and angrier everyday and exploding on the forums 

2nd issue would probally be weapons balancing, people watch their favorite streamers or witness people in game dominating them with a weapon then they cry for a nerf just because QuakeV has been absolutely obliverating apex predators in ranked with a devotion dosn’t mean it needs to be nerfed as an example for players like myself devotions hard to aim with as it is lol which comes down to a players skill being overpowerrered or in my case underpowered and has nothing to do with the weapon itself 

yes i agree to the first problem that they  should remove apex banned from game and this is a bug that my squad died but still i got banned how the hell is this possible

Map and leavers. I'll not start about bugs... How I understand, bugs is a part of apex gameplay and where is no point to talk bugs, they will not fix anyway. Code leaf, net, tokens and so on, and so on...

I personally think it's 2 things: 1; 4-5 legends are effectively pointless and might as well not exist in ranked (Mirage, Caustic, Octane, etc.) and 2; weapon balance is laughable right now. PK/R99, PK/R301, PK/Wingman, PK/Havoc. There's no reason to run anything besides a PK as your secondary right now because of how obscenely powerful it is even at medium range. With a choke and good movement it effectively becomes a Wingman that you cannot miss with at range, and a 1 hit machine up close. 

My biggest problem with the game isnt something gameplay-wise but how Respawn deals with communication with the players, and generally also how they seem to operate as a gaming company. 

Compared to for instance how Bluehole (PUBG) and better yet Riot (LoL) deals with communication has Respawn much to learn. For every patch, both Riot and Bluehole really explain how they motive the changes and what their goal is with it etc. They are also transparent why certain things dont work as intended and how they will try to solve it. From Respawn; almost total silence, they just make changes that noone seem to want/need with no comments why and what their goal is.

And when it comes to Respawn as a gaming company, I sometimes feel like its run by people who doesnt even play the game. I  mean remember when they introduced the first versions of the Distruptor- and Hammerpoint rounds. And just recently the first version of  the Charge rifle. Do they even test stuff before they release it or what? Or are they so bad when playing it in the "office" against each other that they dont realize how unbalanced some new changes are? Do they talk to the pro-scene at all regarding changes?

My Biggest problem today is trolls teammates not reviving us, dropping all there loot, and blowing themselves up etc lol happened twice so far
