What is the biggest issue with Apex Legends right now?

Is it matchmaking? Penalties? Weapon balancing? I want to know what it is, so please reply your opinion.

@MrNyahr PK is broken. In some Diamond games I get people who literally just hide behind a wall in a fight, and when they charge it up, just annihilate the player.
